a small group of us are going to london on wednesday to the imperial war museum to have a catch up with the guys which would be nice :)

Its interesting because whilst at work my boss has mentioned to some of the public that ive been to japan and whilst explaining about the trip ive been asked a fair few times did i think the bomb should have been dropped and i actually have a definitive personal answer which i didnt have before the trip. Furthermore i think i have much better understanding because sometimes when ive mentioned that we went to learn about the A bomb and its effects peoples initial reactions shock me to how niave they are to the truth.

Well firstly id like to say this blog contains a few gruesomes but home truths none the less.
Firstly a big thanks to Steve. He saved my life on the plane because i was sandwhiched between 2 people i didnt know at all and i think i would have died on the flight if it wasnt for him kindly swapping the the guy to my right.
Secondly, hats off to the pilot who kept us in the air and despite my best efforts i was sick for the first time in my life on a plane :(.
Last night (sunday night) i felt really rough and despite being met with a really nice western meal i crawled up the stairs and into my bed. Jet lag seems to be pretty non existant which is great all i needed was one good nights sleep.
Best part about Japan...in a way.
Shant say what the starting or finishing weights where but all i will tell you is that i lost 1st 2lbs in a week which isnt bad going!!!
Anyway ive spent most of my day editing my 1098 photos i took whilst in japan and im going to do my best to either get those distributed or on the internet somewhere :)
