Congratulations to all athletes who competed in the Indoor Athletes Competition at Uppingham last week. I am delighted to inform you that the Year 8 Boys team came first and as a result have been selected to go through to the next round at Braunstone Leisure Centre on the 8th March. The team consisted of Sam Johnson, James Dalby, Jason Wong, Joe MacDonald and Kieren Mackie.
Year 8 girls missed out by one point to Uppingham and although they were disappointed they should be very proud of their performance. Year 7 girls and boys came second and third. It was a pleasure to take you and I look forward to the next round. Well done.
