Visit to a local war memorial in preparation for the trip.
As we're going to be checking out how Canada remember their dead, we took a trip down to see how our local memorial looks. Though it's nice close up, overall, the reaction from the people we ambushed and interviewed was not all that positive - people kept saying that it was hard to spot or could have been more impressive. Some locals had never really noticed it at all. Tune in to hear a description of the memorial, what we think, and what the locals/tourists thought...once we told them it was a memorial...
