Video on what we discovered on Juno beach

Juno beach was landed on by the Canadians on D-Day. Really wish I could remember when D-Day was now, it'd make this seem far more official. Never mind. Tune in to discover how the battle is commemorated there, what we thought of the museum and monument, how the French sabotaged the German bunkers and see if Fallon can walk backwards with a camera without tripping over. Not to mention, discovering the date of D-Day...

This is a really good video. It is extremly interesting and very well presented. I liked learning about the statue, D-Day and Juno beach. The beach was so beautiful! I learnt a lot about what went on there and the fighting that took place. It feel quite wierd standing on the beach thinking that people fought and died on that beach.

Overall I really enjoyed this video.

I really like this video as it explains the emotional side to the Juno Beach attack as well as the historic facts. I particularly like how they filmed on the actual beach and used the monument with the soldiers on to emphasise how the soldiers would have felt.

I like this video as i think it explains about the emotional side as much as the hisortic facts of the Juno Beach attack. I liked how they linked the beach scene with the emotions shown by the soldiers on the monument. Phoebe Ephgrave

I really enjoyed watching this film. It was really professionally made and so interesting to learn about the statue. I didn't realize that D-Day is still so greatly remembered.

I enjoyed the video about Juno beach as the film was taken on the actual beach and then you got to hear about some of the questions that the sixth-formers (and teachers) asked.

This really interested me, and I think that you're very good presenters! It's strange to think that so much happened on beaches that we now use for pleasure! I've also been to some of the D-Day beachs, and I find it quite eerie that so many people died there. It's hard to beleive that a lot of time was spent fighting on and around beaches, and they must have had the tide and weather to contend with as well! It looks like the trip was a huge success, and hopefully there will be trips just as informative and exciting for future A Level history students!
