Wow! Sounds like you all had a wonderful day! I'm glad everyone seems to have got an inspiring experience out of it.

It's such a shme I wasn't there with you all, but I was over in France and Belguim with a group exploring the First World War battle sites and looking at how they are memorialised and remembered.

I'll tell you all more about that when I see you all next time. Looking forward to hearing all your podcasts!

Hi Students, Enjoyed the day with you thought the dat was well prepared the questions where different and would enjoy talking somemore as I think you did not have enough time with us.

Hi,I must praise the youngsters who I spoke to yesterday,the questions they asked were very sensible,even though to them I am an old wrinkly I thoroughly enjoyed myself,it was a pleasure to talk to them and even at my age I learned a lot from them.I wish them well in this venture and in future life.Suffice to say I would do it all again,so my thanks to you all-Very best Regards to you all-John

Hi there.Many thanks to all the pupils who we spoke with yesterday at the war museum.It was difficult to talk about certain issues yet the youngsters approached the day very proffesionally and yet with kindness and understanding.I have just watched the video with my daughter who hasnt stopped talking about how much she enjoyed herself ammongst you all.We dont usually talk about certain things from the past yet it is important for the youngsters to hear from vets about what it was really like.The questions which we were asked like how were youre thoughts etc were very well put together.I think a good day was had by all and i congratulate youre pupils for approaching the day in a very possitive way.Hats off to everyone involved.
