my opinion
There is a lot of discussion about whether or not our playgrounds are to safe and therfore boring. I have a mixed emotions about this subject. Firstly I think that playgrounds are too boring and have less appeal to young people because the equipment looks boring and babyish to young people of ages 9 to 12. Admitedly some playgrounds do have fun things but these places are in minority.
Sometimes the safe playground suit young children and there are nowadays little accidents but the design of most parks and playgrounds are for younger children. That is my opinion on the subject.
