Bex explores the qualities that make a person a good leader.

I think that good leaders are made, not born. Anyone can be a leader but there are specific qualities that contribute to making a good leader. In my opinion, these qualities would include: confidence in one's abilities and decisions; dedication to what one wishes to achieve; good communication skills; good organisation skills; integrity; decisiveness. I think that such qualities are aquired through life experiences.

Leaders have responsibilities to uphold. For me, the best kind of leader is someone who not only possesses the above qualities, but who has good ethics, wants to help people and genuinely wants change for the better. I'm sure that Hitler could tick off many of the qualities on my list, and was a strong leader, but he failed to set a good example and do what was right.

Barack Obama (who is a contender for the Democratic Presidential nomination in the US) would make a good leader because he seems genuine and trustworthy. I think it's important that a leader is trusted by people.

Leaders should try to make a difference for the better because they are in the position to do so and shouldn't waste that opportunity.
