At the Launch Evening I got the chance to chat to Mike Shaft.
He first got into media being a DJ at nightculbs, after he was told that he couldn't be a Pilot!
He replaced Andy Peebles on Picadilly Radio which gave him his starting path in the world of Radio. He now presents the Faith and Spirit Programme on Sunday Morning on BBC Radio Manchester, which always has good music and good stories.
Mike believes that there should be the same amount of Radio Stations in Manchester but each one will have its own type of music, and will play that throughout the day.
He also thought that I was really natural at presenting and should stick at it!!!
