On Monday 16th Febuary, it was the Launch Evening of the 2nd Phase of the Supporter to Reporter project at Manchester United Football Club's ground, Old Trafford.
The reporters had continued their training day at L.C.C.C. beforehand and were all very prepared for the evening ahead. They had been much rehearsing going on and all the reporters were looking foward to a really enjoyable night. I felt a feeling of excitement balanced with a small feeling of nervousness as I expectantly waited for the event to begin. This was mainly because I had to speak infront of the whole auidience and talk about the training week so far. Parents started to arrive and as soon as I started to mingle with them I felt relaxed and confident.
The night was action-packed with quizzes, speeches from famous guests, all-round entertainment from Paul Sleem, interviews with parents and guests and great speeches from all the repoerters. Even a few M.U.F.C. and L.C.C.C. members came to support the project.
It was an excellent night for all involved and I am sure all of the reporters can continue their brilliant work.
