  • Rushcliffe Comprehensive School is entering the National Youth Parliament Competition, organised by the Citizenship Foundation.

    On Friday 22nd February, Kenneth Clarke, Rushcliffe's Member of Parliament, visited the school to watch the pupils debate, give them advice and answer any questions they had.

    Mr. Clarke was also kind enough to agree to an interview for Radiowaves.

    Nice interview bex! A nice look into politics and how one could get in there.

    Should of asked him how he would of reacted to todays financial problems like the credit crunch. That would of been an interesting answer.
