Welcome to the Abbey Grange BBC School Report.
On 13 March 2008, schools around the country took take part in a News Day, simultaneously creating news reports and publishing them on their school websites, to which the BBC aims to link.
This was a video made by the students at Abbey Grange for the BBC School Report Day 0n Thursday 13 March.
Abbey Grange pupils in Year 8 worked with the help of Catherine Marston, the BBC social Affairs Correspondent for the North of England and students from the sixth form especially Robert and Matt.
BBC News School Report gives 12 and 13 year olds from UK schools the chance to make their own video, audio or text-based news at school and to broadcast it for real.
