It's Sport Relief weekend on the 14th-16th of March 2008. It's all about raising money by doing all sorts of sporty activites such as cycling, swimming or running to help vunerable people living incredibly tough lives both in the UK and in the world's poorest countries. Lots of celebrities are taking part to raise thousands of pounds by working in teams to tackle the challenging sporty activities! People can also take part by buying Sport Relief products such as socks, t-shirts or football and rugby balls. The socks and t-shirts are produced by Fairtrade certified cotton, meaning the small-scale cotton farmers in developing countries are guaranteed a fair and stable price for what they produce. The FAIRTRADE Mark on the mini football and mini rugby ball ensures the workers who stitched the balls receive a better deal.
