On Monday the 10th of March, 2008 there was something very wierd going on - the weather!
During the coourse of Sunday the 9th, the weather in the America's was reakky bad. Over the course of the night, the storm moved to the UK. There was gale force winds (up to 90mph throughout the UK), masses of rainfalls and snow and huge waves near the coastlines rushing into neighbouring houses and streets. The stormy weather is still going on and will be quite dangerous for the next week or so.
Although we get all of the weather information from the weather forcasters and we're normally prepared for bad weather, we can never be sure if there's ever going to be bad weather when we least expect it!
