I loved the funday!
Today it was our school funday. There were lots of games and activities to do. There was puzzles to solve and obsticle races.
My score in the obsticle course was 41 seconds. you had to try and beat the score of 39 seconds.
It was very hard for me. First you had to go around three yellow cones. Then you had to go throgh a long thin tunnel. Next you had to clamber quickly under a net and to the other side. You then had to go over a metel hurdle and through four hoops. Finaly you had to climb over another hurdle. My dad said I did very well and that it was the fastest i have ever been in an obsticle race.
Then it was time to get a piece of fruit and a juice. I had orange juice and a orange.
After that i met my friend, Rosie and we rushed to go to our races. Rosie had to quickly eat her ice-cream and start her race. When we were at the starting line, our parents were at the finish, waiting for us to cross the finish line. When Mrs Scott said go i ran as fast as i could and i came in second place! I could not believe it and i was so puffed out. I still had to do the sack race. When she said go for the sack race. I got of straight away. I made a pretty good start but when I was just about to come in 1st place, i fell! I was devistated but I was still happy that i came second in the running race.
After we had raced, we went to the inflatible obsticle course. We were standing in line for ages but when it was finaly our turn we were very excited. You had to crawl under a very small tunnel and then you had to clime this huge inflatible wall. There wasn't even a rope to hold onto. It was the hardest obsticle course i've ever seen. then we had to role of the wall and through another small tunnel. Finaly there was a huge inflatible wall that was even harder to climb. Adams mum helped me on that one and i got over. Rosie gave up at that bit and ran round it instead. It was so fun.
Rosie had been wanting to play inflatible football all afternoon so we went to play that.
It was only a little football pitch so we found it easier to get the ball. The game ended 2-1 to the other team. Even though we lost, we still had a great time doing it.
The funday was over for Rosie but I still wanted to get an ice-cream so I went for an ice-cream and she went home. I had to wait in line for ages but i finaly got a tub of ice-cream. I ran home to my grandads happily thinking of all the fun I had today.
