The dance troupe certainly lived up to the praise bestowed by one of Britain's "keenest and meanest" judges and they wowed the audience at the Garforth Arts Festival.
Despite torrential rain Flava lifted the spirits of everyone and put in a performance that was second to none. Lucky members of the audience were invited onto the stage to take part in a workshop led by Flava founder Kyle Richardson. After "slices" , "pumps" "drop beats" and "slides had been explained the willing volunteers were put through their paces, Hey Flava! ... watch out, Simon Cowell might be coming "oop north" to praise us!
