Crevers split to form The Queso!!
My saturday basketball team, The Crevers, split loosing 3 of its players, 2 of which have been Crevers fir so long it will feel like a whole new team.
I am unsure whether to see this as an obsticle or a new doorway.
Maybe both, the chance to prove that we can make it as a team and the chance to move things around a little, change it up and change the way we approach each game.
Obviously this is looking on the brightside of things, its like the end of an era.
These 2 guys, Ryan and Mahbud, are the guys that i first started playing basketball with and I will miss playing on the same team as them.
Ryan is actually undecided who he wants to play for but it is likely he will go to Queso.
The other player that is leaving is called Gaz, he began his basketball 'career' with this team after formally being the manager/waterbay and will also be missed by the team.
Queso is Spanish for cheese, there is not really much of a story behind this name except the mangers hair looks like cheese when he puts highlights in and they have an odd fetish for cheese.
