This is a report about the Rugby Tournament at Dunfermline High School on Sunday 5th October.
I was so nervous, it was going to be amazing, my first tournament for 2008. My team were the Dunfermline Sharks, our first game was against Crieff, they are quite a good team, but we were too good for them as we beat them 4-1. If we won our next game we would be through to the semis.
Our next game was against Glenrothes. Last time I played them I scored eight tries in one half. We destroyed them 9-1. Our next game was against Perth. We were losing 2-1 with one minute to go. With 30 seconds to go it was made level 2-2. The clock was running down a couple of seconds plus added time and I was running down the wing, I cut inside to score a try. We made the final!
We got to the final but lost to Mackie.
I was gutted I really wanted that trophy.
Some of the players were crying.
I felt all that hard work was for nothing. We still had a great time though.
