WWII Evacuee Diary

Come and watch our amazing realistic WWII diary!

My class, Room12, have been learning what evacuation was like in WWII. Evacuation is when children and mothers with young children were taken to the country for safety from the bombing. They got to the country by train. They went to the town hall to get picked by a family. The country people weren't happy with the city people.

In this video you will see the diary of James Davison, a 12 year old boy who has just arrived in Little Weirwold.

Hope you enjoy it !!!
