Little Snipes of Stories!

Artemis Fowl: Boook 1
By Eoin Colfer

How does one describe Artemis Fowl? Various psychiatrists have tried and failed. The main problem ia Artemis's own intelligence. He bamboozles every test thrown at him. He has puzzled the greatest medical minds and sent many of them gibbering to their own hospitals. There is no doubt that Artemis is a child prodigy. But why does someone of such brilliance dedicate himself to criminal activites? This is a question that can be answered by only one person. And he delights in not talking.

And that's when it fell off in my hand

Alone, all aloney, on my owney

Saturday March 5th
11:00am as the crow flies

Grey skies, grey cluds, grey knickers.
I can't belive my knickers are grey, but it is typico of my life. My mutti put my white lacy knickers in the wash with Vati's voluminous black shorts and now they are grey.
If there was a medal for craposity in the mutti department, she would win it hands down.
I am once again wandering lonley as a clud through this Vale of Tears.

Boys, Brothers and Jelly-belly dancing.

By Karen McCombie

Dear Mum,
One Word: boys.
Why didn't you ever tell me how confused they make you feel? I don't mean fancying tthem or dating them (I know that's confusing), but just boys in general. Even just trying to be friends with them gets confusing. It's like me and Billy recently-one minute he was being his usual nice, goof-ball self, the next he was driving me demented, and the next minute I was feeling all... well... weird about him.

Good for girls again and it is very funny. More real life type than the rest.

Double Act
By Jacqueline Wilson

We're twins. I'm Ruby. She's Garnet.
We're identical. There's very few people who can tell us apart. Well, until we start talking. I tend to go on and on. Garnet is much quieter.
